Here at Oxet SA, we understand that you may have specific concerns when ordering prescription medications online. At Oxet SA, we do our best to make sure all of your questions are addressed.

For all orders originating in the United States, we ship FDA approved medication. Licensed United States and European products are carefully evaluated and handled with a high level of professionalism. We do not deal non-licensed products.

Processing your order takes two to four business days once we have received all your information, and shipping takes 2 to ten days. If you have not received your order within two weeks please contact us. If you have not received your medications three weeks after shipping we will either refund your payment or reship the order. If you place several orders at a given date they will be consolidated and shipped in one time. Your invoice will always arrive from the customer service center.

 
 


Return Policy


Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products we are not able to accept returns. All are sales final once shipped.

Drug Availability

•We do not ship narcotics or habit forming medications.

•All medicine products available in other countries may not be available from Oxet SA.

•If for any reason the medication you have requested is not available we will contact
you as soon as possible and suggest approved generic substitution.

Generic Substitutions

We make generic substitutions wherever possible to maximize your savings,
unless you or your prescription specifies otherwise.

Q: How do I know that your site is secure ?

    A: Easy! Just go to an order page and look at the bottom of your browser window.
    You should see a symbol of a lock. This indicates that the page is secure and that
    your information is safe.

Q: What if my order isn't approved?

    A: If your order isn't approved for any reason, you will not be billed for anything and
    the service is free.

Q: How long is my prescription valid?

    A: Your prescription is good for up to one year. After that time, you must submit
    another order and obtain a new prescription.

Q: How do I refill a prescription?

    A: Refilling a prescription is easy! Once your initial order is approved, you will be given
    a personal user name and password, which you can then use to refill prescriptions or
    check the status on existing orders. Just click on the REFILL link, enter your user
    name and password, and complete the order form. It's that simple!

Q: What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

    A: At Oxet we ship all of our U.S. orders via FedEx. Other orders are shipped either
    UPS or Postal Service, depending on location and regulations. Regardless of location,
    most orders arrive 1-2 days after they receive final approval.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q: Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

    A: Sorry. U.S. Federal Law prohibits us from accepting returns on pharmaceutical
    products. However, in the event that your medication is damaged during shipping,
    call us at 1-888-467-4641 and we will replace it for you. No returns are allowed for
    other countries, but replacement is possible.

Q: What if you don't carry the medication I am looking for?

    A: Chances are if we don't have a product you are looking for, we will find it for you
    at no extra cost.

Q: Are there any other fees associated with purchases on this site?

    A: No there are no additional fees.
